We absolutely loved working with Amy, Russ, and their families for this special day! They are total sweethearts, and love to have fun! A little more about these newlyweds and their wedding from Amy: “Russ and I met at a mutual friend’s house for the Alabama/Tennessee game. We always joke that even though it was an awful day because Alabama lost, it ended up being the best since we met each other! We live in Crestwood and love cooking, walking, and trying new restaurants. We both went to the University of Alabama are big Alabama and Braves fans. We enjoyed our wedding weekend so much and are so grateful for everyone who made our day so special.”

Their vendors are really the best in Birmingham and we enjoyed working with them to make our wedding day exactly what we imagined. There was nothing the morning of our wedding we had to worry about except being present with family and our wedding party. We could not have planned our day without the Engaged Team and were blown away by how much thought and care they put into making our wedding day the perfect day.”

“Be sure to have a bag or purse ready with all your belongings in your bridal suite for your grand exit- coming from a bride who left her phone in the bridal suite! Also, I really suggest doing a private dinner at your reception. This gives you time with just your spouse to breathe and to actually eat. You get pulled in so many different directions during your reception that it may be hard to find time to actually eat!”
