It’s amazing to think how little moments and simple decisions can change your life – like choosing where you sit on the first day of an elective college class. That’s where their story began. They both went to the University of Alabama and built a friendship over the course of their senior year, though there always seemed to be something more there. Graduation came and went. Delaney moved to Birmingham and Davis to Chattanooga. But you know what they say… distance makes the heart grow fonder!

They reconnected, now as young professionals settling into their careers, and realized they were ready to give it a real shot. Since then, their journey has been filled with endless adventures as they continually push and challenge each other to grow as people and partners and have watched the Lord’s plan unfold for our lives together.

We are so thrilled that we got to be a part of this celebration and wish them the very best!!

“The best advice I could give would be to truly enjoy the wedding season you are in. All the planning and details can be overwhelming at times, so make sure to find joy in the small moments of the process – when you check another item off your list, have a mini celebration! One thing that helped me and my fiancé at the very beginning was to choose the top three wedding-day details that were most important to us. This really helped us throughout the whole process to prioritize, budget and select vendors. And of course, seek guidance from the fabulous Engaged girls :) As the wedding experts, they are there to walk alongside you and answer all your questions from beginning to end – I mean, what a blessing!”
