It does our hearts SO good to not only get to work with such a sweet couple at Engaged Wedding Library, but also to see their hard work & planning come to fruition in ALL of the most amazing ways! After a 14-month engagement, we deem it an ultimate success to hear this review from bride Emily when asked about her favorite part of the much-anticipated wedding day: “This is cheesy but can I say the whole day?! I had been engaged and planning my wedding for 14 months, so to see it all come together on that one day with all our loved ones was so special to me. My favorite moment of the wedding day was probably the moment we walked down the aisle after officially being declared husband and wife. It was a moment of pure joy and excitement that I had finally married the love of my life.”

Emily Espy & Buddy Riles said their vows on May 19, 2018, in Southside Baptist Church and then rode the infamous red trolley with their wedding party to dance the night away at The Florentine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated - from the guest welcome boxes to Emily’s “something blue” monogrammed lace garter. “Sit back and soak in the day – your wedding day will FLY by. I know the day is so crazy, but take some moments to sit back and enjoy the day you have been planning for. When everyone exited our reception venue to line up for our exit, for a few moments my husband and I were left in the ballroom together. It was a special moment for both of us to be alone and to take in the best day of our lives. Also, I would definitely say invest in a photographer, videographer, and a wedding planner; the photos and videos of your special day will be priceless and well worth the up-front expense, and I do not know how I would have gone through the wedding day without my planner.”
