Ever heard of that whole high school sweetheart thing? Well, that’s what Bailey & John David are! Bailey and John David met on her first day of calculus class at Mountain Brook High School. It was a new school for Bailey and she was a junior, the new kid in a senior calculus class – what could be more fun?! John David was a sweet and cute baseball player that ended up becoming her boyfriend shortly after they met. At the end of high school their relationship came to end, however, fast forward six years later with a Zoom call or two during COVID Summer 2020 and the pair reunited. Bailey says he was the one and always had been. After two years of long-distance dating, a cross country move to California, and more adventures than they could begin to share, John David asked her the easiest question of her life, to which her answer was an emphatic “YES!” Their engagement was only 6 months long, and they were able to have the most magical day to celebrate the start of the rest of their lives together. They have the cutest story and we loved getting to celebrate them!
